AFSC/Magellan Federal was selected as a prime contractor in three critical human resources mission areas by the Army Mission Installation Contracting Command (AMICC), Office of the Program Executive Officer Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), and Human Resource Solutions (HRS).
The HCaTS contract is the result of a partnership between the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and the General Services Administration (GSA). The initiative creates the joint management of a new strategically sourced, Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) government-wide contract to support OPM’s Training and Management Assistance (TMA) program, and provides customized human capital management and training services to all agencies. The HCaTS contracts provide federal agencies with a reliable, flexible, fast, and efficient way to obtain best value solutions for their complex human capital and training service requirements.

The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration awarded performance-based Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contracts covering six project domains—one was a set-aside for small businesses in the 8(a) Program, Economically Disadvantaged Women Owned Small Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, and HubZone.
On 30 June 2011, the U.S. Navy selected Armed Forces Services Corporation (AFSC) as one of the prime vendors for the SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) IDIQ multiple award contract. SeaPort-e is the Navy's electronic platform for acquiring support services for the Navy Systems Commands (NAVSEA, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, NAVFAC, and NAVSUP), the Office of Naval Research, the United States Marine Corps, and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).
